Ticketing

Solix Ticketing is a powerful ticketing solution for your server, it allows you to replace antiquated tools such as Ticket Tool and gives you a more personal experience. The next pages will show you how to configure this module.

Commands in Solix Ticketing

• /panel create [panel-id]

  This command generates a ticket panel as defined in the Configuration file.

• /ticket list This command lists all the tickets a user is in.

• /ticket add This command adds a user to a ticket.

• /ticket remove This command removes a user from a ticket

• /ticket info This command gets information about a ticket.

• /ticket close This command closes the ticket and generates a web transcript.
